To request Impact Program volunteers, organizations must be a nonprofit, place of worship, school, community event, or community-based organization.

1. Email the Impact Program at impact@svcc.edu to request the sign-up link.
2. Follow the link provided to begin registration.
3. Create a username and click 鈥淐ontinue Registration.鈥�
4. Accept the Terms & Conditions.
5. From the dropdown, select 鈥淐reate New Volunteer Partner.鈥�
6. Complete the online registration form.
7. Email the following documents to impact@svcc.edu:
   
   • Certificate of Liability Insurance
   • List of Board of Directors

1. Log in to your Impact Program Volunteer Partner account.
2. Click on 鈥淩eview Events鈥� in the red toolbar.
3. Click on the red button labeled 鈥淐lick Here to Submit a New Event鈥�.
4. Fill out the online form with the event details.
5. Click 鈥淪ubmit鈥�.

The Impact Team will review your request and once it is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to cancel your event, please email impact@svcc.edu.

1. Log in to your Impact Program Volunteer Partner account.
2. Click on 鈥淩eview Events鈥� in the red toolbar.
3. Click 鈥淐onfirm Attendees/Hours鈥� button next to event you wish to verify volunteer hours
4. Enter the number of hours volunteered for each student.

If a student did not attend and did not provide notice, click the 鈥淣o-Show鈥� button. This will record zero hours and track the absence. Or If a student gave notice in advance, simply enter 0 hours for that student.
