Community members, students, faculty, staff and guests are encouraged to report all crimes, public safety, and medical related incidents to the 探花精选 security. To report a crime or an emergency on campus, contact the Security Department using the above contact information, use the call boxes located around campus, or dial 911 from a personal or campus phone or report the crime to the Information/Security Center located on the west end of the main building. If assistance is required from the local police or fire departments, 探花精选 security or administration will contact the appropriate unit.

The Clery Report outlines crime reports and statistics on campus in an annual report, as well as various Emergency Procedures.

Hazing Transparency

The Stop Campus Hazing Act was signed into law by President Biden on December 23, 2024 which amends section 485(f) of the Higher Education Act, otherwise known as the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act).

Each institution must compile and publish on a prominent location of their public website a hazing transparency report that summarizes findings concerning any student organization found to be in violation of the institution鈥檚 standards of conduct related to hazing. The report will include:

• The name of the student organization;
• A general description of the violation that resulted in a finding of responsibility; and
• Related dates (the date of the alleged incident, the date of the initiation of the investigation, the date the investigation ended with a finding, and the date the institution provided notice to the organization of the finding)
