Other Reasons for Termination
The services of any member of the faculty and administration may be terminated in the event of the need for financial or program retrenchment. Notification of termination is given as soon as the need for retrenchment is apparent. Such termination is made at the close of the contract year. Positions that have been vacated on such grounds may not be filled within two years. Members of the division in which the program retrenchment is being considered are consulted in a division retrenchment.
