Sauk Valley Community Leadership Program
The is designed to engage and develop leaders within the communities of Dixon, Rock Falls, and Sterling. The courses offered are the result of a unique collaboration between the Dixon Area Chamber of Commerce, the Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce, the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, and Sauk Valley Community College.
While in the program, you will be guided through a 10-month skill-building curriculum. Courses will touch on subjects including leadership foundations, conflict resolution, personality types, public speaking, and more. Your instructors will come from a variety of backgrounds and will lend their own unique and seasoned perspectives to your leadership learning experience.
